We want you to love your new kicks, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and inside the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your shoes in their original box and place them inside a mailing bag to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download your prepaid return label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
